At Norway Gift Shop, we’re committed to providing you with beautiful Norwegian-inspired gifts, thoughtfully designed with care and attention to detail. All of our items are made to order, bringing a touch of Norway to your doorstep with fast shipping and fair pricing.

🧵 Made-to-Order Products

Every item in our shop is created just for you – designed in Bergen, Norway 🇳🇴, then printed and shipped from the production partner closest to you. While our products are not manufactured or shipped directly from Norway, they are made with the same heart and inspiration behind each design.

🔁 No Returns on Made-to-Order Items

To reduce waste and keep our prices competitive, we do not accept returns on made-to-order products. Since each item is custom-made specifically for your order, we’re unable to restock or resell it.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly make it right.

🛠 Damages or Issues

If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it at contact@designbyeide.com. Be sure to include a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (if marked as final sale)

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to give a reason. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

💳 Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund on their end.
